Chief Financial Officer (CFO) DGF – Pakistan 2024: Strategic Growth Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and lead the finance function as line and budget manager with a focus on country operational finance activities.
- Responsible for country compliance and act as country compliance officer.
- Participate in the development of a medium to large country’s financial strategy including country business strategy, financial policy, legal framework and financial management services (control and accounting), planning, analysis, reporting and budgeting in accordance with accounting standards.
- Achieve financial transparency and maintain financial strength in the short and long term, and advise management.
- Provide financial guidance and advice to the senior business team, working with specialist colleagues as required.
- Ensure efficient network capital and cash flow management. ·Ensuring delivery of financial services, process improvements and implementation of financial changes.
- Resolving more complex and challenging financial issues such as reconciliation of taxes, VAT, various local legal requirements etc.
- Maintaining supplier/service relationships and service level agreements with specific business units/partners for various financial services.

- Education Level: Professional Certification in Accounting (CA Certification) and Masters in Finance, Good knowledge of IFRS and Pakistan GAAP
- Experience Level: 10+ years experience in a financial management role, Previous experience in ERP implementation, Experience in the logistics industry preferred
- Language: English and Urdu
